1996
Skeptical Cats-The Mirrors change their name to Skeptical Cats after finding out that a pretty well known punk band from Cleveland was called The Mirrors (we got tired of getting emails from people saying are you guys The Mirrors from Cleveland from the 70's?!?).

2005
Nick leaves his day job behind forever to dedicate his life to what really matters...music!  Nick has been performing 240+ solo dates per year ever since.  The band is still called Skeptical Cats, but is often affectionately referred to as "Skepcat" or "Skepcats".  Nobody, including fans and staff at the pubs, can seem to decide what the best name is, so, we are officially the band with 3 names.  They all mean the same thing, take your pick.

2007
Albert moves to "Skepcat West" and Highland Studios in Phoenix, Arizona to join his brother Erik.  Lots of recording and gigging ensure in the Phoenix area for Albert and Erik and the various bands and projects they are involved in.  Marty Romie joins Skeptical Cats on bass!
